Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of BusyShield (the “Service”), operated by Phaseable Ventures. By connecting a calendar or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The service
BusyShield reads the busy/free times on the calendars you connect (Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook / Microsoft 365, and Apple iCloud) and creates matching “Busy” blocks on your other connected calendars, so your availability stays consistent everywhere. You choose which calendars participate and how much detail each one shares.
Your responsibilities
You must own or be authorized to use the calendar accounts you connect, and you must comply with the terms of those providers. You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Don’t use the Service to violate any law, infringe others’ rights, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what data we access and how we handle it, and is incorporated into these Terms.
Availability & changes
The Service is provided on a best-effort basis and may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued at any time. We may update these Terms; continued use after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. BusyShield modifies calendar data; while we take care to do so safely, you are responsible for reviewing your calendars. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Phaseable Ventures will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any lost data or missed events arising from your use of the Service.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time by disconnecting your calendars or deleting your account, which removes the busy-blocks BusyShield created and your stored credentials. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.
